Refund policy

At Y&S, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to navigate so you can shop with confidence.
1. Return Timeframe
You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free of stains, pet hair, or odors, with all original tags still attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take pride in our quality, but occasionally things go wrong in transit or production. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Email us at hello01byy@gmail.com with a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the defect. We will immediately make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
* Intimates, underwear, and socks.
* Swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed).
* Custom, personalized, or print-on-demand items made specifically for you.
* Final sale or clearance items.
* Gift cards.
5. Return Shipping Costs
* For defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
* For standard returns (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered): You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs applied to your order are non-refundable.  
6. Exchange Options
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team, and we can manually process a direct exchange if the desired item is in stock.
7. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to officially post to your account
