1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume sales periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer reliable shipping options to get your Y&S items to you. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Standard Shipping: 50rs * Express Shipping: 150rs * Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over 999rs!
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, estimated delivery times are as follows:
* Standard Shipping: 7 working days
* Express Shipping: 3 to 4 working days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier volume, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience if your package takes a little longer than expected.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number and a link to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello01byy@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
* Incorrect Addresses: Y&S is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
* Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team.
6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Y&S is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer. International delivery typically takes 10 to 15 working days.
